I’m a purpose-driven strategic. I have spent the last 13 years in boardrooms, out on Country, and around the world in both creative and corporate complex projects to tether operations to strategy.

Grant writing alone in 2025 has brought in over $800,000 in successful grants for my clients around Australia, but its the ability to project manage the vision that allows the outputs to be the most successful.

Who am I

Michelle Essex is an intuitive who recognises we are made up of both 'Human' and 'Soul'. The integration of those elements of us through our decision-making is what has driven her to create this platform.

She has travelled the globe, in search of genuine cultural connection. Her values are connection, impact, freedom and curiosity.

She is born to be here creating this platform to empower you in both the human and soul realms.

Her offerings have been divided into these two streams to reflect the natural ebbs and flows of her own magic.

Michelle is consistently inconsistent, and recognises she operates in a different playing field to most. She is using her business acumen to know that things need to be done differently going into the future. We need to circulate our wealth through genuine connection.

I’m a values-driven consultant, facilitator, and systems thinker with a deep commitment to connection, freedom, curiosity, and impact. Specialising in community engagement, strategic design, and culturally responsive leadership, with a particular focus on working alongside Aboriginal communities and conscious change-makers across regional Australia. My work spans across government, not-for-profits, and grassroots initiatives, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects around Australia.
