Community Engagement

Michelle has worked with multiple regional and remote community groups across WA, engaging culturally appropriately and creative ways.

She has been engaged to bring together groups with differing views to find common ground through listening, thought-provoking questions and removing time pressured scenarios.

Some of her recent projects have included:

  • Establishing a program called ‘Seasonal Sessions’ where community business owners were brought together, and through safe facilitation, audited for skill gaps or areas of improvement.

  • Establishing a pilot program in conjunction with State Government to create a new platform for community groups to share their stories.

  • Co-creation spaces for sole traders to creatively flow their ideas and resources to widen their individual impact in a collective space.
